ERP stands for "Enterprise Resource Planning". It refers to the systems and software packages used by organizations to manage day-to-day business activities, such as sales & marketing, procurement, inventory management, production planning, accounting, project management, manufacturing and many more. ERP systems tie together and define a path of business processes and enable the flow of data between them. By collecting an organization's shared transactional data from multiple sources, ERP systems eliminate data duplication and provide data integrity with a "single source of truth."

At Trigent we have follow SDLC, Agile or Waterfall approach for customization & implementation of ERP. We have divided implementation plan into three parts pre-implementation, implementation and improvement.

In the beginning of the project we establish and prepare project resources and control structure. We share these to top level visioning planning and review of best practices done by top management.

In the next phase we conduct detailed business process mapping to identify the GAP. It can take 5-7 days depending on business processes. During this phase we develop selected business process objectives and specifications for ERP implementation. After the detailed process mapping and SRS (System Requirement Study) study, we share SRS to client project implementation manager.

In the next phase we make plan along with client for implementation. We hand over the implementation charge to project managers; one project manager from our side and one form client side. These two project managers are responsible for whole ERP implementation.

In the next phase project will be implement and in the final phase migrate remaining processes will be done by ERP implementation team.
